Binder Policy-
-Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our binders.
-Should you require a different size, we are happy to exchange the product within 7 days after you have received the binder, provided the binder is still in as-new condition upon receipt.
-Your new binder will only be shipped to you once we have received the returned binder.
-All excess shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense.
-We do not offer exchanges for colour reasons.
-We offer minor repairs on binders that are less than 3 months old.
-Shipping costs are at the purchasers expense.
STP and Briefs Policy:
-We unfortunately are unable to offer any returns, refunds, exchanges or repairs on STPs and Briefs due to hygeine reasons.
Binder and Packers Initiative - Top Surgery Fund !
-We have started an exciting initiative where we we will buy back your old Binders and Packers for R90, provided they are still in good condition.
- We will resell these items at R150
- All profits go towards a fund that will be used to help those who cannot afford Top Surgery to receive it. This fund will be used once yearly.

We deeply respect the traditional binding, packing, and shaping accessories. Through the provision of versatile and colorful products, we hope to build great bonds between people of all genders.
However, work is not our only concern. As a committed and proud LGBTQ+ Online Accessory Store, we go above and beyond to create strong emotional ties with the communities we work with.
